Where do we go when we sleep?

We potentially go everywhere and anywhere. To any type of reality construct or dimension.

  • Anywhere from Source ←→1D ←→ 11D ←→ Source
  • You can end up in any construct/reality/grid. HOWEVER. You will only end up where you are a vibrational match to be based on your current vibration.
  • You can “go up” to a higher self perspective on any dimension then “go back down” to another life perspective from there. (Though it would likely be experienced as just popping to that perspective.)
  • Often your soul mission vibration and key higher selves will affect where you go in dreams.

Most Common: 4D/5D Dream Mind Construct (grid, matrix)

Most people astral travel to / dream in their own personal 4D/5D mind construct (grid, matrix). 

What is this?

  • This is an extension of your waking mind construct: I Picture this as a bubble of information, thoughts and images floating around peoples head.
  • The dream construct tends to be mind focused but also includes your aura layers and body.
  • It’s a collection of experiences in this lifetime and recent experiences that you process via dreams.
  • So you can process alternate timelines etc.
  • The dream/mind construct can bridge into 5D other lifetimes.

How to Control Where You Go?

Conscious Astral travel Coordinates:

  • FOCUS: What/Where you Focus on You Go.
  • INTENTION: Both Conscious and Unconscious mixed. Your deeper WHY.
  • Vibrational Match: You can only be a match to what you are a vibrational match to.

When You Astral Travel You go instantly to whatever currently meets those Coordinates.

The more you practice focused intention the more you can control where you go.

Conscious Dreams vs Unconscious Dreams:

  • Whatever you think about while you are falling asleep directly affects where you go.
  • If you are not consciously directing your movements: you will likely go where you are a match to go based on your current vibration day/week you have just had. 
  • If you are in the practice of Consciously Directing your dreams: then you can affect them more intentionally.

“End Up In the Wrong Part of the City”

  • While Astral Traveling: Sometimes you may have to “go through” lower realms to get to higher dimensions. But think of that more as you end up in a part of the city that you don’t want to be and you drive through it.
  • Most often this will be Lower Astral 4D as that is Closest to 3D and more likely a vibrational match but it could be anywhere. But often in Astral.
  • Think of this as a “Oh my subconscious took me here. I don’t want to be here right now. So I’m going to consciously go here now.”
  • I would say though. If your subconscious took you there it’s VERY important and is trying to talk to you. So, I’d suggest listening. It will likely repeat itself until you do.
  • But Ultimately Free Will is Key.

How to do Controlled Astral Travel?

Remembering your dreams and training yourself in Lucid dreaming is the best way to start controlled astral travel. As you are already traveling.

Can other beings enter or affect your dreams?

  • Outside beings can enter into your dream construct just like a house. 
  • You can go into other people’s dreams, usually this requires focus and consent.
  • You can meet real beings.
  • Or characters that are actually just iconic parts of your own collective consciousness.

How to protect your dreams?

I personally like to bubble-protect source light mine, so I’m not bothered while I sleep. Or filter what beings can effect your mind dream construct. Also bubble protect all dream astral wandering. But set the intentions to be open to highest vibrational experiences. Protection needs to be done daily, though the more you do it the more it will “stick.”

Extra Protection Measures

  • I usually don’t say anything I just INTEND WILL FOCUS there to be bubbles of protection around my astral body.
  • Sometimes I can visualize those bubble sometimes not but I know they are there because I WILLED them to be there.
  • Sometimes I just say whatever out loud with WILL. And it doesn’t matter what I say. Just the intention and focus behind the words.
  • Sometimes when I feel like I need to go the extra mile: I will write down anything that comes to mind, with intent and put the paper under my pillow. I don’t think the paper is necessary but it gives me comfort when I am feeling attacked.
  • I’ll smudge or do incense if my cats are going crazy. They are my little guardians.
  • Everyone has their favorite guides but I like to call upon Arch Angel Micheal to fill my house and bubble my astral wanderings. But everyone has their own guides so I am defiantly not suggesting you use him if not aligned. Also inviting source to fill your house is powerful. I did that a lot as a kid when I woke up from nightmares. Pitured light in all the scary closets and under my bed.
  • You can invite trusted guides to escort your dream and astral wanderings if that feels aligned.
  • Whatever works. You do you boo =) Everyone finds their own way.
  • Example: there are people who are mute or have various challenges. Source is powerfully accessible to all by WILL. SO how doesn’t matter as much as your focused intent. ^_^
  • SO Really it’s whatever you intuitively feel works for you at the time =)

Shadow Dreams

If after you have done your protections and you keep having dark dreams. Sometimes you just have shadow dreams that can feel really scary. These you may not be able to protector yourself from. But if your subconscious is getting that loud. It’s time to listen.

How to remember your dreams?

The Blackness of sleep can sometimes be peaceful or frustrating. I feel You.

Here’s some steps:

  • The biggest key is setting a clear STRONG intention to remember your dreams before bed.
  • And always to the best of your ability record them when you wake. Even if it’s just key words typed into a notepad on your phone
  • (beware of the urge to scroll instead of record your dream)
  • I also have a dream Astral intention dream recording journal. Spiral bound so it can lay flat with a little flat travel night light.
  • Note: in my observation it tends to be easier to remember experiences from 4d Astral and 5D as they are closer to our current ego identity beliefs.
  • When you go farther away from your 3D life it becomes harder and requires more skill to translate it back to your 3D brain.
  • These far away dreams may be remembered more as a strong feeling, a summary, an understanding of what it was generally about, a revelation etc. ALL ARE VALID.

How to heal your calcified 3rd eye? 

I have no doubt that many of us have a calcified 3rd eye. I’m sure our pineal gland is not super happy about toxins in our food and water. But I don’t think that has to stop us. Let me explain why.

You see people go to the gym and put on many pounds of muscle or lose weight; make major shifts to their body. These people, with their will and action, reshape many physical pounds of flesh on their bodies. And these people are not always on a cleanse or detoxing etc. They do it by action and will.

The Pineal Gland is the size of a Pea.

  • If people can put on 10 pounds of muscle you can completely restructure a part of your body the size of a pea. 
  • You can do it with love and willpower. 
  • You can WILL your pineal gland to heal, decalcify and “open.” 
  • Your own body wisdom will guide you on how to support the process. 

Everyone has their own journey. But you can 100% heal a part of your body the size of a pea.

How do you know if your third eye is open?

If you remember your dreams and the more vividly you remember them; this is a direct indication of how open your third eye is. And EVERYONE can develop the ability to remember your dreams.

If/when you remember your dreams your 3rd Eye is open. Period.

The issue is not opening your 3rd eye, but instead learning to trust and not fear your 3rd eye. We have a split between the subconscious and conscious mind.

How do you open your third eye?

The real work is not opening your 3rd Eye per-se, but instead BRIDGING your conscious and unconscious minds.

  • We can do this by practicing Alpha Wave meditation. Calming mind. Look up ways to specifically train your mind to shift into an alpha wave state.
  • Practice visualizing a solid strong open bridge between your subconscious and conscious minds.
  • Do shadow work to love and bridge the gap with your subconscious.
  • Repeat mantras like:
    • My consciousness and subconscious are connected.
    • I am ready to see and remember.
    • I am protected from all harm as I see clearly.
    • Etc. Whatever comes to mind.

3rd eye block is actually rejection and suppression of your subconscious / shadow.

We are blind because we are afraid to see. Integrating your fears is crucial.

The more you reclaim your subconscious shadow, the more you face your fears, the more you will be able to Consciously Astral Travel, and remember and control your dreams.

What is the highest potential / future of dreams for humans?

When this Earth Timeline Returns to 5D we will all collectively have full awareness of our dreams and full control of Astral Travel. This is the way we (as a species) bridge our physical lives with our galactic lives.
